Debugging Spare Wings
Each butterfly is handcrafted, so the lift generated by its wings may vary, requiring further fine-tuning on the remote control.
It is also suitable for those who want to further improve their butterflies' flying skills.
Debugging Steps
1. Ensure the butterfly wings are undamaged.
2. First check if the butterfly flies straight without yawing. If yawing occurs, adjust using the knob on the remote controller.
3. “Mixes” option: Used to adjust the butterfly's turning radius.
Note: Do not adjust settings on any page other than Mix#2.
4. “Subtrim” Option: Adjusts insufficient left/right turn responsiveness.
Tip: Only adjust CH2 and CH4. Click “UP”/“DOWN” three times per adjustment increment.
CH2: Adjusts butterfly lift and climb angle. Typically requires no adjustment.
CH4: Adjusts butterfly left/right turns. If right turns are difficult but left turns are easy, press the “UP” button. Reverse for the opposite issue.
After adjusting each value, press and hold “CANCEL” to save and proceed to test flight.
