🎨 What Can We Do?
You can provide a reference image (photo, illustration, logo, abstract graphic, or even a hand-drawn sketch), and our professional designers will use it as inspiration—combined with the biomimetic structure of butterfly wings—to create a unique, printable design.
The design will cover the butterfly’s four main wings (mirror-symmetrical), or can be designed to be asymmetrical on the left and right according to your request.

📋 Customization Process (4 Easy Steps)
Step Details
① Provide Inspiration: After placing your order, send your reference image or written description to our customer service email (or include it in the order notes). Any image format is acceptable as long as it’s clear.
② Designer’s First Draft: We’ll complete the first draft within 7 business days and email it to you for preview.
③ Revision Process: You may request revisions (up to 3 free revisions), and the designer will refine the design in each round until you are satisfied.
④ Production Confirmation: Once the final design is confirmed, we will immediately begin production, which takes 1–2 days to complete.
⚠️ Important Note: Once the design is confirmed, it is considered final and cannot be changed thereafter. Custom products are not eligible for returns without cause (see our refund policy for details).

💰 Pricing and Billing
Standard Price: $59 per unique design

🎮 Left/Right Throttle Swap
The default factory setting is “left-hand throttle, right-hand steering” (i.e., Mode 2, the most common mode).
If you prefer “right-hand throttle, left-hand steering” (Mode 1), please clearly note “Customize to Mode 1” in the order remarks. We will adjust the hardware DIP switches for you before shipping at no additional cost.

This customization incurs no additional charges and does not affect your warranty coverage. Please be sure to contact our customer service when placing your order.
